Slot Couloir BC Ski - 02/01/09

After reading on TAY that the conditions we found at Rampart Lakes was localized and people were finding excellent conditions in the Slot Couloir, Matt and Emily convinced me to join them. I have to admit I was pretty scared to ski the slot and looking at it from above did not help the situation. But Matt and Emily would not let me chicken out and soon I was making my way down it. I was pretty tentative at first, but was able to open it up and link turns. It was such an amazing ski and very glad to have done it.
