Rampart Lakes BC Ski - 01/31/09

Matt, John, and I ventured up Gold Creek to get a glimpse of Alta Mountain. We decided on Rampart Lakes and had to skin up some pretty steep forest. Once at the lakes, we found sketchy avy conditions and as well as high sustained winds and very cold temperatures. We checked out the lakes for a little bit, but soon headed back down to the car.
