Black Canyon / Umtanum Ridge Loop - 05/16/09

My knee was feeling much better and the wildflowers were still good, so back to Ellensburg I go to hike the Black Canyon Umtanum Ridge Loop. The balsamroot was in full bloom and was everywhere you looked. Getting there at 3pm, I had the entire hike to myself and had no rattler sightings.
